These select two dogs have been bred for Tempermant, Health, Trainability, Bird Sense, color and markings and also for being great all around dogs both at home and in the field. This is a once in a lifetime breeding and will not be repeated.
The Dam, Maggie is a great dog. She is the brown dog on the right. The white dog on the left is her mother KC. Maggie is great around kids and other dogs. She is so cute, very intelligent and can run all day. She is an awesome hunter and trained very easily. She has great Bird Sense and can't be kept in the house when the quail are moving in the evening in our front yard. She loves to hunt! Her health is great, she is OFA for hips and the Vet raves about her when I bring her in. She is on the small end for GSP's and makes a good family dog! Maggie's Dad is Wintercreek's Bodacious T-Bone, or Bodie, who is a Field Champion and Junior Hunter, he was the #5 Puppy/Derby Dog until he aged out and he finished his title by winning all majors. He has sired many other dogs who have gone on to be Show dogs, field trial dogs and awesome hunting dogs. Maggie's mom is our own KC. KC is very intelligent and another awesome hunter. She is so sweet and everyone just loves her. She was a great Mom to Maggie and produced an awesome litter when I bred her three years ago. I just bred KC at the end of April and she is due with puppies in Mid June. Maggie's Grandfather is a National Field Champion out of Arizona named Willows on the Spot and her grandmother is an awesome hunting dog from Fallon Nevada with a great pedigree with Moosegards and Algasam as well.
Ace is the Stud and he comes from Wintercreek Shorthairs in California. Ace is the current #2 All Age GSP Field Champion, having just lost his #1 title from 2010 by only three points. He is currently the #1 gsp on the Northwest circuit. He is an unstoppable hunter who lives for the field. As hard charging as he is in the field, Ace is one of Winter Creek GSP's best house dogs. He just loves to cuddle! Ace is a proven sire with natural ability and his pups hunt by 4 months. His puppies are in great demand and Pam Brann of Wintercreek Shorthairs has no problem selling Ace's puppies.
